IM not available

IM has been extremely slow again today and now it is not available after freezing. I'm receiving this error  - 503 service temporarily unavailable.  Anyone else having issues?

Hello, can you please try again as I saw the 503 error and within a minute or so it was back up.  Can you confirm on your end please?

It has resolved. any ideas why the system is working so slowly?

Hello and thank you for your confirmation.  I am not seeing slowness in IM today. Are there particular actions you are trying that seem slow?

There are major delays in item searches. This has been on-going all week, as well as status resets (manage confirmations).

I made our teams aware of your feedback.  Our engineering teams are investigating the delays we see today as well and I will post in the community as soon as I have any further details.
