Hello!
I need some help with our item hierarchy setup.
Currently, I have a child GTIN (EA) linked to a parent GTIN (case). I’m now trying to also link that same child to a KIT that will contain all variants and multiple quantities.
I can see in our catalog that this has been done before, but I haven’t been able to get the KITs to link properly with the children. Could you please provide guidance on the correct process or system steps to make this connection?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've attached a photo of what I am trying to achieve.

Hello @vsantiago and welcome back to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.
To link items in Item Management, you would need to start the hierarchy from the highest level, please. This allows you to link the same Each in different hierarchies without any interference between them, even when you have different counts or quantites of the same product.
Here are more details about How to Link Items to create a Hierarchy in Item Management.
Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you!

Hello @Val_P ,
I should have been more specific, I am able to link the KITS to the Child GTINs manually through IM, but am having difficulty linking KITS to Child GTINs using the FS_LINK sheet. I have too many items to go through the process manually.
I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I link the GTINs manually vs FUSE SHEET.

Hello @vsantiago, and welcome back to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.
As I checked the snippet provided, the upload for the FUSE was successful, but at the time, there was a delay in processing the file, which is why it showed with the blank fields in the worklist. Curently, your items are linked, and under the worklist, there is an error for the duplicate child links, as the FUSE was uploaded multiple times, and it was processed in the order it was uploaded.
Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you!
