Case 10094398001005 is currently not published, however it was until earlier today, when 4 publications were withdrawn. We have an article here - When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy? - advising 25 hours need to pass from the moment the publication was withdrawn until the attributes specified in the link can be edited, the hierarchy links/ Total Count of All Products is one of those attributes.
In a nutshell, once 25 hours pass from the moment the last publication was withdrawn, you can link the items as intended and publish, please. Thank you.
