Hi - we are in the middle of testing our new GDSN data source in pre-prod and we have started receiving the following error: 2837 : For a Nutrient Header class, the Nutrient (CHO-) and Measurement Precision Code (APPROXIMATELY) must be unique.
This validation was added for the GDSN Release v3.1.19 (IM 8.28).
We reviewed the XML and do not see any duplicates for this nutrient.
Are you able to provide any insight on how to fix this error. GTIN 00760695013937
Appreciate any help!
Thanks!

Our technology team updated me saying we turned this validation off successfully in Pre-Prod. Can you try again and advise whether you encounter any other issues?

Hello, I took a look at this for you and even discussed with our Product team and attribute SME. We agree this is an unusual issue and wonder if it occurred due to an AS2 transaction. Before we escalate further, can you try sending the Item Add again?

Hello and thanks for taking another look. While working with our Product team today they advised there is an issue with this validation in Pre-Prod and we are looking to see how and when we can correct it. We reviewed your XML and another example we were presented with. I created a Master ticket on our end and will let you know as soon as I have an ETA on this getting resolved.

I am experiencing the same error type message - For a Nutrient Header class, the Nutrient (VITA-) and Quantity Contained Unit of Measure (MC) must be unique - I also get this message pertaining to VITD-. these are showing as critical errors on my home page for a couple of recipients that I am not familiar with. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello @lflanery. We took a look at this for you using the example GTIN 10023709120289 and found you have these attributes populated twice. As an example, we see Vitamin A populated twice. Can you remove any duplicates, Save and Validate and let us know if you encounter any other errors that you need help with?

Thank you for finding that! I have removed and that has taken care of the critical errors. Can I ask though, who were the recipients that sent the errors? These are not GLN's that I have published directly to. Thanks!
