I entered the item id wrong for the each code and the case code. How do you fix?

I unpublished the item so I could fix the unit qty, but I get an error.  Then I noticed the item number is not correct for the case.  It starts with 00.

Also, the each item number starts with 10.

Should I start over and delete the items?

OK, if you have not published these items, you have a few options.  You could change 10802763028638 to a Case and 00802763028631 to an Each in IM and also update any attribute values appropriate to those changes.

You could also ask us to Delete those GTINs for you but that can take a couple of days as we delete in IM and then work with the Global Registry for them to delete on their end.

Hello @cjimenez and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  There could be a couple of answers here.  Can you provide me your example GTINs so I can take a look for you?

Hi,

I sent an email yesterday, but I received a kick back. Actually, my manager advised that the information I was using had the wrong case/each code.

The correct case code is 10802763028638

The correct each code is 00802763028631

I couldn't get into the WS portal yesterday.  It gave 503 error.  I'm going to see if I can get into Item Management.

The description for the case was wrong it should be 8ct/6oz

The description for the each should be 6oz

Thanks for the detail, I am looking into this.  Regarding IM yesterday, please take a look at this post:  https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Maintenance-Flash-Messages/Clear-Recent-Browser-History-Cache-af...

Okay - let me try to update the information and I'll advise if I run into an issue

Sounds good.

It worked.  I have another problem with a different item.  Do I continue with this post or add a new question
