Hierarchy Error while Syncing

Hello there,

I've been getting this error message while trying to publish to Kroger. 

 Ordering Unit Indicator (isOrderableUnit) must be true for at least one GTIN within a hierarchical configuration.

As seen in the screenshots attached, my case ordering unit is set to "True" but I continue to receive this error message. Any ideas on how to get passed this?

Welcome to the 1WS Community!

The error you're encountering is due to attempting to publish the EACH.

Since this GTIN is part of a hierarchy (CASE/EACH), you need to publish at the highest level, which is the CASE.

This GTIN has already been published and is currently awaiting final publication within Kroger VIP (Product Introduction).

You can log into Product Introduction to view your item.

Please validate, correct any errors, and proceed with publishing to Kroger.
