Gordon Foods Help...

Hello, 

I'm trying to publish, 3 to start with, items to Gordon Foods. They say failing per GFS contact.  I didn't at all see any error messages in the worklist (no red/yellow notification), until i realized, if i clicked on them, it actually did say things. Alot of things!! 😞   I see that alot of the notes say, Data Recipient...i figure them..should answer. I'm the data provider..or whatever the term is correct? 

So, i can't seem to understand what they need from me.  I have again 3 items, same messages. They actually talk about FSMA204 which, believe it or not, i did take care of for Sysco i believe(at the each levels?) .  So, the messages, are way confusing. I need help trying to decipher, what i'm supposed to do to satisfy these error messages...and at the same point, i think these error messages aren't asking me to fix them? it says data recipient, which should be GFS? No? Other errors say, Lifespan? we do fill in shelf life...and i see inner case dimensions? I found that out..but, i feel like, are they really asking for that? Just confusing as all heck! 

Can I give the 3 gtins to start with(we have deductions because of these 3), and ask if someone can look at these?

00613008735449 and 00613008735463 are now successfully published to Gordon Food Service. They have sent a RECEIVED CIC back. All errors have been cleared.

The publication for 00613008735487 has a REVIEW CIC with the error message below:
00613008735487: Regulatory Information - regulationRestrictionsAndDescriptors (en-US) - For Regulatory Act FSMA204 (Section 204 of the Food Safety Modernization Act) Is Trade Item Regulation Compliant must be TRUE or Is Trade Item Regulation Compliant must be NOT_APPLICABLE and Regulation Restrictions And Descriptors must contain KILL_STEP_APPLIED or NOT_COVERED_BY_FTL.

Please check the value provided for the "Regulation Restrictions and Descriptors" field on GTIN 00613008735487. There is a blank space before the "BY" word. Please remove it, then Save, then wait for the updates to go through to GFS and for them to trigger a new CIC.

ooooooh, i was coming here to ask you what!! I did see i have the correct info. I actually did just copy and paste from their page telling me that!  So, i hope it will work. 

are you able to check that one for me again? I dont know how long the transfer takes... 11:43am new york time for me.

Hello @jackieb , the update made was sent with success on the retailer side, but for the moment, they have not sent an updated CIC response back. It still shows the old one. You can also check the status of a publication by going to the Reports- Sync status.

hallelujah!  i did see, that they haven't responded i will call it..yet.  i did go to the sync status report to see that!  thank you so much!!! it seems, after these 3 items, finally will get the deductions we got taken care of...now there are 3 more!! OY>  at least i know now, what the problems will be.

Hi Again Maria, or Val, 

I was hoping to find out, if the last and latest items for Gordon Foods looks to have gone through, and is passing validations.  could i ask someone to check on gtins:

00613008735487 - had a space in it!!!  

00613008720728 - was new to the group.  need to know if it passed validation. 

GFS has deducted for these items not being synched.  They gave a bigger list, but I have to get these few done....

It's good chatting with you again.

The current status of the publications can be checked using the Sync Status report. The REVIEW CIC messages sent back by Recipients can be checked using the Recipient Responses (CIC) report. Both can be found under Item Management > Menu> REPORTS.

We recommend this documentation for more information on how to navigate the IM reports.

00613008735487 is now successfully published to Gordon Food Service. They have sent a RECEIVED CIC back.

The publication for 00613008720728 has a REVIEW CIC with the error messages below:
inBoxCubeDimension UOM (en-US) - In Box Cube Dimension UOM is required
inBoxCubeDimension (en-US) - In Box Cube Dimension is required

Please provide the Volume field under the Weight and Dimensions section of the GTIN to clear these two errors
