Generic pages

Good afternoon,

For about a week now, I have been experiencing generic pages when I click on an item. It just shows a few things, and nothing else. This item is complete and should have several images as well.

I'm attaching a screen shot for your reference.

I happened for the first time last week so I logged out then back in. It seemed to help, but hasn't this time.

Are there some technical issues?

Hello, A_FLOWER.  I hope you are doing well other than this issue.  I took a look for you on my end.  Admittedly, when I clicked on the GTIN, IM did take a few seconds longer to fully load than normal but once it did, I received the result below.  Can you try again but this time, try not to click on the page in IM after you lick on the GTIN until after it fully loads and let me know how that goes?

It loaded correctly this time, but I hadn't clicked on the page the last time. It just came up that way. It happened the other day when my supervisor was in here, as well. I was trying to show her something with another item and it came up that way. It went on for several minutes so we just logged out for the time being.
