Hi  Team,

While uploading fuse sheet we are getting below error.

GTINTM/Child
00070253898503
Error CodeError MessageAttribute ID
SLTL6205
For item (00070253898503), attribute GTIN requires a valid 14 digit GTIN.

GTIN # 10070253498500 got uploaded correctly but retail UPC gives above error, please suggest.

Thank you.

I am also wondering if I could create one master excel sheet with both IM and PI data in it and import them in PI page? Or, I have to fill out IM excel sheet separately, publish it at IM page, and manipulate data in PI page after?

Thank you again for your response.

Hello @MARKEDWARDS and thank you for posting your question.

You would need to create separate master worksheets for Item Management and Product Introduction (also separate for Kroger and Albertsons) because the file formatting and attribute selection is different.

For Item Management, you can use this link as a starting point.

For Kroger and Albertsons, you may have both GDSN (items published through a Data Pool) and Non-GDSN (items created in their entirety in Product Introduction) items and need to use different templates for them.

For Kroger GDSN you can use this link as a great starting point, while for Non-GDSN you can use this link.

For Albertsons you can use this link for a walkthrough of the Spreadsheet Data Loader.

One important note is the file formatting for Item Management will change over time for the Load Sheet (FUSE) as Item Management versions are updated and as new GDSN requirements take effect, so older Load Sheets may no longer be supported. The file may still be of use for you as a reference file, though.

I hope this helps.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

Hi

Could you please let me know how I can upload the excel sheet for IM in an order, bc they are not following the order of my excel sheet after upload, so I can parent them faster?

I followed the same format in "FS_Link" but seems like parenting is not working, could you please help me with that as well?

Thank you so much

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome.

The item links will only be successful if the item add is successful, be sure to check the Worklist after each FUSE upload to correct any validation errors

Thank you so much for your response.
item links are successful, but they are not added in the same order as Excel sheet I create. Is there any way I can have CA followed by the all the child link in the same order I add them in the sheet to upload?
Your help is truly appreciated.

Hi @MARKEDWARDS ,

I will check with our escalation teams on the order FUSE processes link request and will have an update for you tomorrow.

Appreciate that 😊

Hello @MARKEDWARDS

I did some additional testing in Item Management (testing done in our Pre-Production environment) and the linked GTINs are listed in GTIN numerical order.

Below is a screenshot of the hierarchy I tested, I linked GTIN 00614141990818 first then linked GTIN 00614141990801 second/below the first GTIN, after saving IM arranged the linked GTINs in numerical order:

FYI - there is no functional difference in the order the GTINs are listed when linked

Thank you so much for clarification, and you're right there is no functional difference in this stage.
However, the question was more about when I upload the excel sheet to show up in the item list, but the items are not in the order I entered in the sheet. Do you think this is also because of GTIN numerical orders?

And, can I do the link attributes (hierarchy) in my sheet and appears with child GTIN while uploaded? because, I tried to do it by filling "imported" column as "Y" and "operation" column as "ADD" but still doesn't operate as parented when uploaded, and I have to do it on the 1WS to operate. Could you please help with that as well?

Appreciate it.
