Hello @niteishk and thanks for reaching out!
When using Copy + Paste, that also copies the format of the values from where it was copied or it auto-selects when added in the file. If the format that is copied is "Number" when saving the file it removes the leading zeroes.
The format of the Load Sheet must be "Text", please update your file and reupload after verifying the Item ID for the Each has all 14 digits.
How to change the format in Excel:
1. Select the cell or range of cells that contains the numbers that you want to format as "Text". ( You can also select empty cells, and then enter numbers after you format the cells as "Text". Those numbers will be formatted as "Text".)
2. On the Home tab, in the "Number" group, click the arrow next to the "Number Format" box, and then click "Text". (If you don't see the "Text" option, use the scroll bar to scroll to the end of the list.)
If the above solution does not fix it, please provide me with the file that was used when uploading, thank you!

Hello @niteishk I did not see an email come through from you.
I've attached the documentation on how you can upload the file in Item Management directly and I will be able to view what was uploaded. The steps on how to upload are at page 8: Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets. Thank you!

Hi Julie,
If GTIN has wrong check digit, does 1WS prevents us from uploading data due to this? As in this case, retail upc # 00070253898503 shows having wrong check digit 3 instead of 1 when we checked this in gs1 check digit calculator.
Just wanted to know if 1WS is giving error of wrong 14 digit GTIN is due to this?
Thank you.

Hello @niteishk, it's lovely to talk to you again.
Apologies, I calculated the Each based on Case GTIN 10070253498500 and it gave me this number 00070253498503, that is why I did not think it would be because of the check digit as they were both ending in 3.
You are correct, if the check digit is incorrect you would receive this error and would need to correct the GTIN in the FUSE before trying to upload it. Thank you and please let me know if further help is needed.

Hello
When UPC code for one of my sizes/case pack changes and to avoid all unpublish/modify/publish steps, can I just export the Load Sheet (FUSE) and modify all the columns related to UPC code and import the file again? If that works, could you please specify which columns I should edit, and does that consider as published when I upload it?
I received an error of exclamation mark in the status and it says "DATA VALIDATION ERROR" and not able to open the link.
Thank you so much

Hello again
I just changed "operation" column to ADD and new CA with all the child link added to the IM page under status of "completed" and event of "ITEM ADD" Is that ok to publish it to PI page? if yes, should I delist the previous incorrect style from PI page, or it doesn't matter?
Thank you again.

Hello @MARKEDWARDS and thanks for the details.
I've attached the Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets that will provide assistance in how to work with the FUSE file. Once you're done creating and linking your hierarchy in Item Management, you would need to publish and submit the item to Kroger for them to receive the data.
If they are no longer selling the old item, you can choose to withdraw/delete the publication, however, I would recommend verifying with them before removing any existing publication. Thank you!
