When I am validating a Case and Each that I'm trying to link, I'm getting the following two error messages. Are they related? I'm not finding the field that is titled Total Count of all Products for either item (case or each).
The base unit indicator is marked as False for both the Case and Each.
Hi, @JCO1133. Thanks for reaching out on our Community platform. I'm happy to assist you! The Total Count of All Products is referencing the number of items on the GTIN level below the item that is currently being viewed. Please see this image for reference:
Whichever value you have populated in the "Total Count of All Products" field should also match the value populated on the hierarchy page when editing.
Regarding your indicators, it is required that at least one GTIN in a hierarchy is labeled as the "Base Unit". This is always going to be the lowest GTIN in the hierarchy, usually the consumer unit, but not always.
