Error Messages after submitting FUSE sheet

Good morning team!

We submitted a FUSE sheet with a large number of items in order to add the FSMA204 required attributes.

After uploading it, we received a message of "not processed" due to errors in a number of items.

Most of the errors had to do with the Short Description, which some older items did need to be updated.

However, a number of items have already been updated a week or two ago, as well as some have been discontinued last year, and they still showed up as needing to be updated.

Your help resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Have a great weekend!

Hello @nancyVigo, its great chatting with you again.

We checked the files and found one nutrient-related error (attribute nutrientInformation/nutrientDetail/dailyValueIntakePercent requires a positive number) and 54 description errors (attribute shortDescription requires a value that is between 1 and 35 characters in length). I checked some of the shortDescription values and they were around 39-40 characters long for most of the items that were generating the error.

If some of these are discontinued items and if you no longer intend to publish those at any point, you can remove them from the file. For the others, the shortDescription needs to be updated to the correct size before the file will upload successfully.

Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day and weekend ahead!
