Error 1006 Information Proficer and TargetMarket (US) combination already exist

I received the following message when uploading some items with a FUSE sheet -

InformationProvider (0075141000004) and TargetMarket (US) combination already exist||||||10000397|Cleaning Aids Accessories|

I figured out that we have some duplicate GTINs that we are working on correcting. Also, there were some items that we had already loaded for Kroger entered again. However, we are adding lines for a new recipient now and need to use some of the same items. Some of the data the new recipient requires is different from what Kroger required. If I add new data to what we submitted to Kroger to send to the new recipient, will that automatically send the changes to Kroger? Is there a way to not have it go to Kroger? Would I delete the original entries in favor of the new entries? Thanks for your help.

Hello, @nj73, it’s good chatting with you again!

Any Save done on the item in Item Management will trigger a Modify and send the updates to all the customers your items are successfully published to.

If you are updating fields that are recipient-specific, meaning they can hold different values for different recipient GLNs, you can set a certain value to be sent to Kroger/ALL recipients, and the new value to be sent only to your new customer's GLN by adding a second value for the field.

In the FUSE file, these fields can be recognized by having a Recipient  Variation column where "ALL" or a specific customer  GLN can be provided.

Hope this helps and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have additional questions!

Thank you for the explanation. Do you know if Kroger objects to receiving information they didn't specifically ask for? They seemed pretty particular with what they wanted.

I will take a look at the specific recipient option and see if I can figure it out. Thank you.

Hello @nj73  and thank you for utilizing our customer community.

Most recipients will ignore data they did not request or need so you are safe to add data that is only required by one company and then publish that item to another as the latter will only filter for data they want or need.

You can add the playlist1WorldSync Playlists Video for the company you want to publish to if they have one and add the attributes we know they need and then publish that item to any recipient and as long as the publication does not fail or is not rejected they should receive the item data they want.

If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you and have a great day.

Thank you. That is helpful. I listened to the video and that was also very helpful.

Thanks, again.
