Edit Exiting Market Groups

Hi - how can I edit an existing Market Group I have created (ex. remove a GLN) in Enhanced?  I can see them under Recipient List but I can't seem to figure out how to edit them. This is one area I would use Classic for 🙂

Any help is appreciated.

Hello, 

In order to edit or remove the recipient that receives a specific list you'll log into "Item Management" > select "Lists" > select the list of your choice > select the green "trash can" next to the recipient you'd like to remove. Attached below contains an example screenshot from 1 World Sync's practice GLN.

These are my Market Groups that are only visible to me and it shows the # of GLN's attached:

And when I click on one to update, this is what I see:

The listing of GLN's does not display.

This indicates this list is not published to any recipients at this time.

Not sure what you mean when you say the list is not published to recipients.  This is a private Market Group that I use to group GLN's and publish items.

Anytime you can view another GLN this indicates the list is "published" to that recipient giving them the ability to view the list as well. Since the list is Private ONLY recipients whose GLN appears along with the creators are able to view it.

I am the creator of this Market Group and I do not have the ability to update it. I was able to make changes to them in Classic but not in Enhanced.  Not sure if it has to do with my user settings - I could not find anything in UMA specifically to Market Groups.

Why would others need to view my list?

Perhaps I am using Market Groups incorrectly?  As a data provider, I use this to streamline my publications and instead of publishing to each GLN separately, I use this as a way to group GLNs for publications.

Hello. You are using the List (Marketing Groups) 100% correctly, it is set so as said be able to just pick the List to publish to multiple recipients at once. There are no specific settings in UMA for this as anyone with Item Management can use this function. With the List being set as Private we at 1WorldSync also cannot see it to help troubleshoot. Are you able to set these as Shared with all companies while we work on this with you, then you can always set it back once resolved.

I was only able to share them with my company - all companies was greyed out.
