Hi, we noticed that we haven't received any .girr files since Friday March 24, 2023 for the GTINs that we've sent for Item Adds.
Can you/1WS support check the Global Registry to see if there's a processing issue?

We are seeing the same situation in PROD. We added a record yesterday and it's still in Pending/In-Progress status.
This is impacting a publication that a customer is urgently asking for.
Example GTIN: 10026700163903
