The playlist search function is located on the top side of an item. Once you are logged in to Item management, search for an item, then click on the item ID to enter the example item, at the top side we will have the predefined playlist - All Populated, Most Popular, and Bacis item setup. To their right, you will see a search field that allows us to search for the needed playlist.
Once the playlist shows up you can click on it and it will be applied, you can validate to see if any errors/warnings show up and correct them. Once finished you can use that item as a template. From your item search, you can check the template item you worked on, and the other needed items and will be an option for Export so you can export all the items on a spreadsheet you can work on.
