Good afternoon team!

Is there a way to get a list of our Discontinued Items...maybe some sort of report or filter?

Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo, it's great chatting with you again!

Very good question, as other companies might also need to find this in Item Management.

Yes, you can use our search filters. You can first run a simple search (top - center, click on the search button without adding anything in the search box) as this will pull up all your Item Management GTINs:

Next, on the search page itself, you will have more advanced filters, including one specifically for Discontinued items:

If you have more than 100 items, you would need to click on "more" (bottom center) to load the following items in the list. By default they are added in the list according to edit date, but this can be changed as well if needed, by clicking on the table header.

Thank you and hope you and team have a wonderful day! 😊
