Clone Issue

I cloned a case and each item. The only changes were the GTIN and item description. (Different flavor).  When I go to item list it shows the cloned items but the item name did not update.  So all of my items have the same item name.  How do I update?

Hello @kountryboys and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Welcome.  Can you provide me the original GTIN and an example for the new ones?

The original GTINs cloned 10672724773002 & 00672724773005

New GTINS created from clone:  10672724773019 & 00672724773012 and 106724724773040 & 00672724773043

Thanks for the details.  I looked a your original Case and compared it to the new one and I do see differences.  Can you tell me what attribute you are seeing that they did not change?  What do you mean by "item name?"

When I log into 1WorldSync and go to Item Management and select Item tab - the new GTINS are listed but with the same Item Name as the GTIN cloned.  They all show "Regular Breakfast Sausage Link".  The new GTINS should have a Item Name of Cheese Breakfast Sauage Link and Maple Breakfast Sausage Link.

AAAAH, thank you @kountryboys I see now.   It looks like that name was not changed when you cloned.  Please see this example:

OMG!  Thank you.  I didn't catch that one when I made the changes. Can I go in and update the Item Name and save?

@kountryboys yes, you can change those in IM or in FUSE, whatever works best for you
