Circle K review

Good afternoon,

I have an item published to Circle K and it's flagging a warning. I've attached an image.

The GTIN is 00030800050097.

The item is not the consumer unit. I have the unit marked as true.

Does anyone know why this would be flagged?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Hello @A_Flower , apologies, I might not have explained it correctly.  You can currently ignore the warning since your item data is correct for item 00030800050097.

I checked you publication and Circle K have sent you a CIC of "Received" which is what response they provide to their suppliers after a publication. Thank you!

Hello @A_Flower, it's lovely talking to you again!

If your item data is correct, please publish it to Circle K as the validation error should not be stopping the data from being sent to them.

I have also forwarded this internally so it can be investigated, thank you for letting us know. Please let us know if you're encountering any issues after publishing the item. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, Julie!

This item has already been published to Circle K.

Are you saying I need to republish?

Hi! I just called 1World Sync about this- remove Circle K from the parent playlist- only needed for the consumer.

Hello, @Katharinem81 Indeed we always suggest adding the retailer playlist to make sure that the item is validating against the recipient requirements but sometimes that playlist triggers attributes that do not apply to your product type, therefore you can remove it to make sure that your item will validate successfully before publishing.

Thank you!
