I have submitted the individual and case level for my item 'Watermelon Toothpaste' - GTIN 10000093568606- however I cannot submit the package level. I keep being faced with the attached issues. I have fixed these and they still appear as wrong. The other items have been published.
Can you advise if I need to delete this? I have updated the fields to reflect what the errors are saying however the errors still persist.

Hello @elsielamb and thank you for utilizing our customer community.
I can see the case, inner pack and each level for the item hierarchy you are working on. You would need to link them together first 101 Basic - How to Link Items to create a Hierarchy and then you would normally only publish the highest level of that hierarchy How to Publish & Confirm Sync Status in Item Management - Quick Sheets as doing that will publish all the child items like to the case.
If you also wish to publish your item hierarchy at the package level you would need to make some changes.
The Ordering Unit Indicator should be True for at least one the items in your hierarchy. The Base Unit Indicator should be True for the lowest level of the hierarchy only.

Thank you - the issue I am facing is that the product and case levels have already been published. Therefore when I follow the product hierarchy process - I am told that I cannot update the hierarchy for the case with products that are already published - see attached. Do you know how I can remove these products after they have been published?

You are receiving the above error because Case 20000093568603 is currently published. A published item needs to be withdrawn in order for it to become a parent item in a hierarchy. We have an article here - When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy? - that describes this in more detail.
In a nutshell, you need to go to Publications - Manage Publications - select the 20000093568603 current publication and choose the Withdraw option (more details here: Item Management - How to Delete or Withdraw Publication) and then, once the 25 hours pass, you will be able to link the Case to the Each as needed and publish it again to your retailer(s).
