There was another thread specific to WM360 but I am now being advised from my Kroger team that they, also, do not get all of my enhanced content when I publish my items out. Once published, the Sales team has to access VIP and hand enter in the ingredients, Serving size, First Order Date and other attributes.
Is there action on my end to get that data to the customer portal over and above publishing to them?

Hello, I just want to narrow down if you want to send specific content to Kroger or Walmart. The Kroger portal has many Kroger-specific attributes, but some of them can be populated using the Kroger playlist. Do you wish to focus your question to just Kroger?

I think it will help to break this down by customer. For Kroger I used the Mclane Playlist as it contains the specific attributes. I apply the attributes First Order Date, Nutritionals and Serving Size to ALL in my validation, what steps are needed to have those data fields flow into VIP on publication?

You would only need to publish to Kroger but any updates to the GTIN would also update if the item is already sitting in Kroger's portal. If the item is not going to McLane as well, then make sure to disable the McLane playlist. Item Management will run those McLane validations against the item which would not be needed for Kroger.

Does having the McLane Playlist active stop the attributes from coming into Kroger? I am not clear on why the data is complete on an item and available to all, why the values are not flowing into VIP. I publish the Item as NEW and directly to Kroger

Hello,
I would need a GTIN to actually look at to understand what the issue is and which attributes you are focusing on. If you are not comfortable sharing GTIN I can send you a service desk ticket that we can communicate privately.

Hello
I can see that the First Order Date did come over into Kroger' VIP

Let me check with my sales team they may have topped off that information

The first order date is hard coded, it would have come from Item Management. The content there cannot be changed in VIP as it is, IM would be the only way to change it.
