I have multiple items published to AGNE and they have all came back with the warning

'AGNE45 WARNING Please identify which Product Image is the Primary Image (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product.' 

Does anyone know if there is a fix to this, I have fixed what it says to fix, however, the warning remains.

Our developers reviewed the Two GTIN you provided back in September. I have reached out to AGNE but have not gotten a response. Do you know if they have actually gotten the content and synchronized them?

Yes last year they confirmed they received the products.

@Anne  I went on to AGNE worklist and I confirmed they received your publication yesterday, but they have not responded. I recommend reaching out to them and confirming they are set up with items, perhaps they will send out an CIC for us.

I have also contacted AGNE and they advised to ask you guys. I had a ticket out with the help desk, but we were never able to solve the issue.

I pulled the XML that we sent over on 01/20/23 and we are providing the correct content. 

The response that we are getting is coming from AGNE, they will need to investigate why they are responding negatively. 

I had hoped we could resolve it for you, but the recipient will need to advise us.

I am having the same issue on two different GTINS. The message says, "AGNE45 WARNING Please identify which Product Image is the Digital Asset Primary Indicator (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product." I have designated a primary image on both Case and Each level. Can you take a look?
