I have multiple items published to AGNE and they have all came back with the warning

'AGNE45 WARNING Please identify which Product Image is the Primary Image (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product.' 

Does anyone know if there is a fix to this, I have fixed what it says to fix, however, the warning remains.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  Welcome.  Can you make sure you marked the intended image as primary?  If you still see that issue, can you provide me an example GTIN so we can take a closer look for you?  I also recommend you reach out to any contacts you have for your trading partner to get their Implementation Guide to se if they have any special image requirements you may have to meet.

Thank you for those details.  I believe I see the issue.  You have a primary image on your Case level GTIN that is not a Product Image.  Unless otherwise requested, I recommend you mark that one as something other than a product image and remove that it is your primary image.  Your primary image is marked correctly on the Each level GTIN.

Publication status REVIEW (example: 20017400109282)

Warning message on the Consumer Unit level only: "WARNING: Please identify which Product Image is the Digital Asset Primary Indicator (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product." 

Initially I had no image at the case level GTIN. I tried by adding one image as Primary : same error.

In the attribute guide (AGNE landing page), the validation rule for "externalFileLink/primaryImage" is :  "If externalFileLink/primaryImage is not True for one loop of the externalFielLink where externalFileLink/typeOfInformation is PRODUCT_IMAGE, then WARNING: Please identify which Product Image is the Primary Image (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product."

Any idea how to fix that ?

@Anne Hi Anne, welcome back! I would be happy to review a couple of those GTIN to determine why those errors continue for you. 

Could you share a couple of those GTIN for me?

20017400110622 and 20017400109282 are the 2 SKUs published to AGNE. both have the same error
