I have multiple items published to AGNE and they have all came back with the warning

'AGNE45 WARNING Please identify which Product Image is the Primary Image (externalFileLink/primaryImage). The primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product.'

Does anyone know if there is a fix to this, I have fixed what it says to fix, however, the warning remains.

Couple of questions...

Do I need to have the images attached to the "each" GTIN only or to both the "Case" and the "each"?

It will not allow me to leave off a EFL, so I am pointing to my primary image on 1WS DAM. I have made the EFL the primary image and removed the setting from the 1WS DAM. I am still getting this error.

The images are applied to the Consumer units because the images will be used by your trading partners on their own retail web sites. The case usually are not needed at that level so we usually do not see pictures on the cases.

Can you try to hit this switch to see if we can get past the validation?

@THoot333

I noticed that the case was flagged as the primary. I removed the flags so that the case is not primary and sent to Associated, I want to see their response to that small change, I am just waiting for them to send back a CIC message.

I hope this has it fixed for Associated Grocers of America.

It looks like I am still getting the same error. I have tried everything I can think of to get this to go through. Any more suggestions?

I noticed on your GTIN, that the metadata is not triggered as the primary image. I would also remove that "Shared With All Excluding" I think this might be the problem for AGNE.

Let me know if you make any adjustments and we can monitor the result.
