It is appearing that there are a few of our customers that use Syndigo instead of 1WorldSync and they do not have the capability to use 1WorldSync. They also do not have a manual upload process. Is there a way for 1WorldSync to publish to Syndigo so that our customers can access our product info?

Thank you for reaching out via the customer community. As a 1WS recipient, any of your trading partners can publish to you as long as they are part of another registered data pool. All certified data pools, like 1WorldSync, communicate with each other via connections with the Global Registry.

Hello I have the same exact problem, we have been updating product information but its not been sync. with Syndigo which its our recipients GSDN, as result our score-cards are very low and problems can not be addressed efficiently.

Can you please send us more information about the data sync issues you are having Such as a GTIN as an example, the retailer name, and what attributes are not being updated? This will help us take a closer look and further troubleshoot.

Yes, of course. For example, 00751884910052 shared with PFG This does not include any marketing information, or details regarding storage and preparation from their side in their GSDN

Hello @LuisalbaMunoz thank you for your reply! After checking the GTIN provided noticed that the information is present on the item and the publication was sent successfully to PFG. We suggest providing the cin ID (cin.LRA3G0326000I9i) to your retailer which shows them that the transaction went through without any issues and they can use that to track the missing fields. To find the cin number please go under the Reports Queue and choose Item History. You can search for the GTIN you published and you will be able to find the PFG CIN.
We also saw that you republished the item again today so please wait for an updated response from your retailer as the missing information might be populated after this publication.
