Create New Users in 1WroldSync

Hello - new user here.

Can you anyone confirm how to add new users to our 1WorldSync account (we're will be using the Kroger VIP solution) so other team members can access?  I can't find any info on how to do this and there don't appear to be any quick links under account management options or settings to be able to do this?

Hello!,

Please send a note to accessmanagement@1worldsync.com with the users you wish to have added. I would have your administrator request since they will have the proper credentials for the request. Our team will set up the new users and send out user ids and password emails.
