Why do I keep getting this error PI4000. It doesn't let me save or validate and it gives me this error.

Good morning and thank you for using our new community platform to work with us for your support question. I used your email address to determine your GLN but could not identify which GTIN is encountering this error. I will need the GTIN and the recipient name that you are publishing to so I can take a better look for you.
I ask that you either contact our Service Desk team at technicalsupport@1worldsync.com or you can private message me in the community and provide me that information. To use the Private Message functionality, please just click the envelope icon in the top right corner of the community.
I will add, based on that error for other customers, it usually accompanies other validation errors in VIP that have to be resolved in order for this error to stop triggering for you.
