Nutrient Duplicate Value Error

Hi - Does anyone know how to fix this error below? I keep receiving this error message under Nutritional section and it doesn't let me save any information I entered. 

• Multiple values not allowed for field Nutrient Measurement Basis
• Duplicate value "100 [Grams]" not allowed for attribute Nutrient Measurement Basis

Hello @Ryanna and thanks for reaching out via our community.  Welcome.  The only GTIN I see under GLN 0018609000000 is GTIN 00037323301484.  I looked at GTIN 00037323301484 and it does not show you populated the attributes in that error message.  Can you double check?
