Hi,
We have published a hierarchy that has a Case GTIN and an Each GTIN. We just found out that the GTIN published for the Each is incorrect. Can you tell me the correct process we need to follow in order to get the new Each GTIN published? Do we need to do a Hierarchy Withdrawal? Or can we do a Delete publication and then publish the correct GTIN?
Thanks!

Hi - thanks for the link! I did a Hierarchy Withdrawal yesterday (over 25 hours ago). Now in Item Management, I am trying to delete the Each/Child GTIN off the hierarchy, but I am receiving an error message that says, "This link cannot be deleted as one of the parent GTIN is published". Am I missing a step? Do I need to do a Delete publication as well?

Hello and thanks for the follow up. I apologize for my delayed response. Yes, one or more of the GTINs in your hierarchy must be in another hierarchy that is published.
