DSD Authorization Worksheet Error

Our team has been getting the following Error Message: 

Reason for Send Back:

ATTACHMENT - Missing or Incomplete - DSD Authorization Worksheet

Comments:

INVALID VENDOR NUMBER or SUB ACCOUNT PROVIDED � Update form, attach revised form in PI and resubmit

We have verified our Vendor Number multiple times and the error still occurs - would anyone know how to resolve?

Where can we find our vendor sub account number?

Hello @jficca and welcome to our customer community.  The Albertsons vendor number is specific to them and not something we can provide.  Albertsons asked us to direct vendor number questions to them so they can make sure you get the support you need.

Was anyone able to find a solution to this problem? We are receiving the same message for the first time this year. We have used the same information for years but this year we are getting the same error message posted above about a Missing or Incomplete Worksheet. Is there any tricks to this or a good person to contact about this?

Are you making sure that you attached the DSD Authorization worksheet when submitting?

I believe what was happening was we were using an older form.  Download a new one from the homepage of VIP.  Make sure your date is not in the past.  Do not copy and paste anything - that seems to be icky for it too.  We have followed those rules and they seem to flow through now.

@jschumann2 thank you for helping with this question and I would agree with the same points you mentioned.

Please make sure to use an updated version of the file that you can download from the Home page of Product Introduction.

Please make sure to enter the values in your file rather than Copy and Paste as that can carry over the formatting of the values that are copied.

We would recommend the dates to be in the future. (example: Begin Auth Date (mm/dd/yyyy)  is 10/01/2022 which would be in the past).

Please correct the file, replace the incorrect one and submit your item again. Please let me know if that worked.

Hello - Thank you. I have 12 items that are under the status of 'In Process Merchandising'. They have been in this status for a long time, so I am not sure if Albertsons needs to be told to take action or if the system is not processing correctly. Nothing has bounced back to 'In-process Supplier', so I am thinking everything should be okay for being approved. I am hoping the items get updated soon. Thank you.
