For accounts with active Compare with Live service, the feature can be activated for any products with a valid Product Page URL. CWL can be enabled for a single product, or in bulk across multiple product pages at once. For more information on adding Product Page URLs to your products, click here.
Single Product
- Navigate to the product you’d like to enable by clicking Products in the left-hand navigation panel.
- When viewing a product record, navigate to the URLs tab which will display any associated URLs with that product record and any enabled features.
- Click Compare with Live toggle next to the URL you would like to activate or deactivate Compare with Live services for.
- Be sure to click Save Changes before leaving the page to confirm the updates.
Multiple Products
- Navigate to the URLs Index by clicking URLs in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Use the Search/Filter option to identify and select the URLs you wish to enable for CWL by clicking the checkboxes next to the rows you would like to update. Note: The URLs Index supports searching by URL.
- Once a product row is selected, additional actions will become active. Click Enable/Disable Features from the actions bar and select Compare With Live when presented with the enablement module. Click Next.
- Select to either enable or disable CWL for the selected URLs. Click Next.
- Confirm your intent to enable/disable CWL one last time.
