I published my item to Sams and the detail is not loading into IDM. The publication was successful, and it pulled in the consumer unit, but not the attribute details and it did not pull in the Case information. Is there something I should be doing to...

Also, I think we did it the first time as Initial Load and when that didnt work we re-tried to publish as New. I dont see that on the publication report though.

It is a brand new item. Do I need to go in to the Parent GTIN and re-publish as NEW?

The child (consumer unit) is 00043917110615 and the parent (case) is 20043917110619. I'm seeing CIC999 status code showing action needed - matching item was not found in Sams system. It also shows to access publication detail report, which is blank ...
