I published my item to Sams and the detail is not loading into IDM. The publication was successful, and it pulled in the consumer unit, but not the attribute details and it did not pull in the Case information. Is there something I should be doing to get the details to load into IDM? I've watched the help videos, I've joined the live zoom chats and can't figure it out.

The child (consumer unit) is 00043917110615 and the parent (case) is 20043917110619. I'm seeing CIC999 status code showing action needed - matching item was not found in Sams system. It also shows to access publication detail report, which is blank and no details.

You published this as an Initial Load which indicates that the item has been set up and has been assigned a Sam's item number. Sam's rejected the publication, so we will need to republish. Was this item meant to be a new item?

It is a brand new item. Do I need to go in to the Parent GTIN and re-publish as NEW?

Also, I think we did it the first time as Initial Load and when that didnt work we re-tried to publish as New. I dont see that on the publication report though.

Hi Lisa,
The GTIN was published as Initial Load but what was stopping the publication from going over is the TI/HI needing to be populated. I consulted your worklist and found the issue.
Once you apply the TI/HI, then just save it and REpublish from Maintain Publications.

Welcome to the Community. When publishing to Sam's Club, we suggest populating the "Basic Item Setup", "Most Popular", "All Populated", for food items "Food and Beverage Products" playlist along with the proper "Sams" playlist on ALL levels of the hierarchy. Once the item validates successfully we then suggest updating the Effective Date and Start Availability Date to the most current date on ALL levels of the hierarchy and publishing the item to the recipient. For a currently published item that failed to transfer data to IDM we then suggest preforming a REPUBLISH. If after completing these steps the attributes still fail to transfer to Sam's IDM please create a ticket at technicalsupport@1worldsync.com so that we can then review the item and its XML to troubleshoot further.
