I added the operator. Operator can log-in to the FS-Item production, however cannot login pre-prod. I also added the xxxxx3@xxxxx since I use for pre-prod log-in. Please be advise how to proceed

Thank you for the advice! Actually I received the same suggestion from GUDID Help desk, and yes, after unlocked, I re-processed the upload in production, and it worked.Now, all the problem has solved! Thank you for your advice!
