Unable to enter a support request, priority drop down is empty and it is a mandatory field to submit a ticket.
Item Management is not responding to Item Data, Worklist etc
Is there a backlog?  Been stuck on REQUEST VALIDATION SUCCESSFUL for some time.
I am unable to login to QA Quick Browse, it is down? Message text: Failed to access application server.Message index: <N/A>Further information: CM_UNSUCCESSFUL
