Error
This data is not compliant with the current GDSN Standards and cannot be processed. You will need to update the item(s) in your data pool. Please contact your Customer Support for any assistance.
How to Resolve
Typically, these error messages occur after Releases as customer and GDSN standards and requirements change and are updated regularly. This error lets you know you have errors that should be corrected on the data pool (IM) side to meet these new requirements and guidelines.
In IM, when you make these changes and Save, a new CIN message will be sent to any trading partners that your updated item is successfully published to before. Normally, you don't have to republish, you can change the Effective date to today's date and the updates will go with the date (or do a Resend).
