I have set up a new item in Kroger but I need to identify a division request for Fred Meyer but I cannot find Request Type in the creation of the new item. Where do I find this option?
Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community. As a non-GDSN supplier, I see you are creating your items in VIP. For your items, you will need to complete their initial creation, link your items to create your hierarchy (i.e. Case/Each, etc.), list the hierarchy and then you will be able to populate the Request Type on the hierarchy page near the bottom.
Thank you. I successfully linked my case/each but I don’t know how to navigate to the hierarchy page. Is this in the create item?
Let me be specific, I have entered the items and validated them.
I went to Products/Entered Items/Link Items/ linked my case and each successfully.
I then went to My Work Queues and Ready to List but nothing comes up. I have tried by name, code, etc. as well as In Processs-All and nothing comes up.
Am I on the correct path?

In VIP, once you link your items, you will need to list the hierarchy. Once that is complete, you can see your items, validate them on the hierarchy page and update the values you originally asked about.
Based on your update, it sounds like you linked successfully and now need to list the hierarchy which you can do after finding your items, placing a check mark next to the parent item and selecting from the dropdown.
