How to add nutritional data in Kroger PI / VIP

Error Message:  CIC999:Item Returned for Review:Auto Reject Please provide Calories, Sodium, Fat, Total Carbohydrates and Protein for this item.|Pls add the Gluten Free Claim & Ingredient statement.

How to Resolve:  Please see attached document from Kroger that discusses populating these attributes.
