Yes, Product Introduction will be sunset in time and the top-off information that used to be added in Product Introduction will be added, through the API and Kroger Playlist, from Item Management directly in the future.

Good morning,

I am new to all of this and I am trying to figure it all out but it seems everytime I feel Ive gotten all my errors and warnings figured out, something else happens.  I am looking for help from someone that has submitted items before for Kroger (Harris Teeter).  I am at a loss. I attended the webinar and I felt good about it but now I dont.  Is there someone I can reach out to to help walk me through my first submission into the 1WS app for Kroger....

Welcome to the customer community.  Thank you for reaching out.

All your items will need to be published first to Kroger API Certification Queue (GLN: 0838016000123), once they are successfully validated. A reject message will be sent if your items will need to be corrected. Your items will need to be republished as New after updating them.
