Hello @S7 and thank you for using the customer community.  Welcome.  I took a look at your profile and your company is actually not 1WS GDSN user.  It appears you only have access to PI/VIP.  As such, you would create your content in PI rather than IM.  As an IM user, you could create your product content and publish it to the PI recipients but could also publish it to any other recipient in the GDSN.  If you would like to know more about using IM please let us know.

Hello, 

We've reviewed your account and verified you are a User Admin with full access. Cloning is only available in Item Management and not Product Introduction. When attempting to "Clone" please type the GTIN in which you are cloning in the "Simple Search" followed by selecting the box next to the item and it will reveal numerous 3 options along with the "Clone" option. If the field does not appear please attach a screenshot.

I was about to clone but had a prompt that the item id already exists. Turns out, there was a draft previously. How do I delete the draft?

I completed IM and checked for errors; there are none. I started the cloning process, but I have a few questions. 

1- The GTIN for the case, as shown in the video, had the first and last numbers changed. Is this an internal requirement, or does the vendor need to provide the correct GTIN so it can be printed on the cases? 

2—Is this process in this video good for inners and masters, or do we have to clone the item twice, one for the inner and one for the master case? 

3- I keep getting error, tried updating it a few times but I keep getting the same error under Worklist. VE001-Qualifier required for attribute Net Content when a value is present.

Please help, first time user and a bit behind setting up this items. Thank you!

Hello, 

I was successful at adding an item (product type -case because item is sold in cases). My question is: when cloning, am I supposed to change the product type to pallet or leave as case?

You first need to start the cloning process and then change the product type.
