Hello! When creating an item, are all fields for names or descriptions required to be filled out? We have "Product Description", "Short Name", "Item Name" and "Product Type Description". But I'm not entirely sure about the need to complete all. Any input on this will be helpful, thank you!
Hello @minervam and thank you for reaching out via our customer community. In IM, you can enter as much information as possible and Save and Validate. IM will then show you any attributes that are required before you can save. From there, additional attributes depend on how you need to describe your product and to meet any requirements of your trading partners.

Also where do you enter the Vendor Style number so the Merchant has our different style numbers.

I am attempting to load PrePacks or Parent UPC codes with Child UPC codes where each size within the pack will have a different UPC codes. Also I do not see a file where we can enter our style number.

I am receiving the following corrective action code after trying to republish an item in item management.
"CHANGE_BY_REFRESH_MESSAGE" Followed by: "Please send a Change by Refresh message".
What does this mean? How do I send a change by refresh message?
Hello @SMCGINLEY and welcome to the customer community. A change by refresh is done bu updating the value for any attribute and saving. This will send the update without having to publish it again. The easiest way is to change your Effective Date to today and Save. This will send the "refresh" which is also called a ghost modify. Check back in a couple of hours to see if you have any new responses from your trading partner.
