How can I respond to a 1WorldSync request?
- Option 1
1. Click on the link provided in the 1WorldSync Request email notification you received.
2. Log in to your account if prompted.
3. The system should take you directly to the 1WorldSync Request. Provide the information requested by adding a note, attaching files, or both.
4. Once you have finished responding, scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

1. Log in to your Staples PartnerAccess account.
2. Click on the Claims tab in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the main page for 1WorldSync Requests.
3. Search for the SKU # that the 1WorldSync Request is for.
4. Click on the Product Identifier to open the 1WorldSync Request.
5. Provide the information requested by adding a note, attaching files, or both.
6. Once you have finished responding, scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Why Is Content on the Product Page Different From What I Submitted?

Staples has contracted with 1WorldSync to produce customized product content according to the Style Guide formulas, rules, and requirements for the product class.
Product specifications are taken as provided and normalized for consistency across all products in that class. Product description, marketing text and feature bullets are created based on Staples specified formulas and rules. In some cases, marketing copy provided by the manufacturer is delivered to Staples verbatim. For other SKUs designated by Staples, marketing copy is custom written by our copywriters.
If you feel the content produced does not represent your product adequately please contact your Staples Merchant.
File Naming Conventions

Correctly naming the files you upload is vital to ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the production process. When uploading files, please use the following naming conventions:
Specs/Attribute Files
For a single SKU: Manufacturer Name_Manufacturer partnumber_spec.xlsx
Example: Acmeproducts_CM016359_spec.xlsx
If uploading content for more than one SKU: Manufacturer Name_manufacturer partnumber_multi_spec.xlsx
Example: Acmeproducts_CM016359_multi_spec.xlsx, Acmeproducts_CM016360_multi_spec.xls
Image Files
Manufacturer Name_manufacturer partnumber_imageX.jpg
Example: Acmeproducts_CM016359_image1.jpg, Acmeproducts_CM016359_image2.jpg
Other File Types (PDFs, etc.)
Manufacturer Name_Manufacturerpartnumber_"short description".file extension
