The issue affected content delivery for several hours on April 17. During this time, suppliers may notice anomalies or gaps in analytics reporting. The root cause has been identified, and additional monitoring measures have been implemented to help prevent recurrence.
Please note that this outage did not impact content delivered through Syndigo’s Enhanced Content solution.
