1WorldSync has been working hard to bring you some updates to the PartnerAccess platform this year. As we are finishing up the first half of 2025, we wanted to share with you some of these improvements. Some of which you may have noticed or have already used.
Vast channel network. 1WorldSync’s PartnerAccess program, specializing in IT, CE, Office Products, and Appliances, streamlines your product releases and syndicates your brand’s product information to thousands of channel partners all at once. Key multi-reseller channels you have access to:
We developed a new media type that allows manufacturers/brands to provide a short (up to 100 characters) and full (up to 300 characters) product name for their products.
Fields are identified as "Product Name Full” (300 characters) and "Product Name Short" (100 characters).

Your retailers will receive this as part of DataSource's Digital Content delivery but their use is optional. Please make sure your resellers know that you are providing this content to 1WorldSync for distribution. Inform them to look for:

The European Union has implemented the following rules for 2025 and beyond.
As part of the new Directive (EU) 2022/2380, it is now mandatory for e-commerce platforms to display specific charging-related information, including a pictogram indicating whether a charging device is included with the radio equipment. These new attributes include three data fields: charger provided - Yes/No, power delivery - Yes/No, Wattage: normal-Fast charge

Main Specifications - The Main Specifications tab is now for viewing only. A user's ability to edit specifications is now limited to the Extended Specifications page. This is because all edits viewed in the main specifications are brought together based on the data in the extended specifications. If you need to update specifications, please make all changes on the extended specifications edit page.
Search Bar location - The product search field has been moved and now resides in the middle of the portal header and is always available for searching products. Don’t forget that you can always refine your search by selecting the "Search Options” checkbox when you see the search results list.
Communication Block - A New section was added to the bottom left of the dashboard page to provide you a brief update on new features. Look for the current posting to get information on charging pictograms.
English (Imperial Units) (United States) - Updated from “English (United States) (United States) to “English (Imperial Units) (United States) for user clarity in the Localization: Market & Language dropdown selections.
Enrich Catalog - file template has been updated to include fields for Product Names Full / Short.

As part of our ongoing investment to improve processes, we have implemented a change that will significantly improve transfer speed on our SFTP. This change does not require any action on your part. Please continue to use sftp.cs.1worldsync.com for uploading files to 1WorldSync.
NOTE: If your organization whitelists IP addresses, you’ll need to update your configuration. Importantly, the 1WS current IP address will no longer be active as of September 30. Please contact the TCS Support Team to receive the new IP address.
