Why does my SKU's status say "Not Available"?
Not available means that 1WorldSync does not have enough information to complete the build of this product's content. When you are on this product's page, you need to click on the "Back to Production" button and provide 1WorldSync with the necessary information we need to complete the SKU.
Content will not be disseminated to the Channel partners until the necessary information is provided to 1WorldSync and the SKUs' status moves from "Not available" to "Released."
