There can be several reasons why your product content is not on a particular Channel partner's website. Some possible reasons would be:

    1. The channel partner has not requested the content for this particular SKU from 1WorldSync yet.
    2. The product is "Not Available" in 1WorldSync's PartnerAccess portal, and we need the MFG to provide us with the necessary information to complete the build.
    3. A technical issue on the partner's side is preventing the SKUs' content from showing up.

As you can see, there are various reasons. Thus, 1WorldSync suggests that the MFG first search for that SKU within the PartnerAccess portal by typing the MFG PN# (or description) into the "Search" function in the header of the portal to see what "status" that SKU is in within 1WorldSync's repository.
