- Two-Level Moderation - PowerReviews' moderation ensures that all UGC is legitimate, appropriate, and non-contradictory via a combination of human verification and/or machine learning or artificial intelligence to perform review and moderation activities. Your customer service or brand team members also have the option to perform additional moderation through the PowerReviews Portal, for an added level of control.
- Routing and Alerts - We automatically bring your attention to content that contains customer service issues, safety concerns, or mentions of erroneous website information through Observations. When Observations like these are made, the content is routed into moderation channels and workflows for your teams' review. You can also set up email alerts for low-rated reviews.
