How can I opt in/out of being copied on notifications?

  • 1WorldSync Request notifications are addressed to the Default Assignee and are sent via email to any of the additional users on the account. To opt in or out of being set up to receive Manufacturer Claims and/or 1WorldSync Request notifications, log in to your London Drugs PartnerAccess account and click on you name in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your User Profile page. Check or uncheck the cc: boxes as desired below your contact information.

If you are the Master User on the account, you can manage who receives 1WorldSync Requests by referring to the following:

  • Log in to your London Drugs PartnerAccess account
  • Click the Settings tab
  • Click User Accounts
  • Click on the Login Name
  • On the User Properties page, check the box next to: CC 1WorldSync Requests / CC Manufacturer Claims

How can I track the content production status of a SKU?

Once we receive a content build request from London Drugs for the SKU, you can view the production status in the Catalog tab of your account.

  • Released = SKUs 1WorldSync produced datasheets for.
  • In Production = SKUs 1WorldSync is currently processing (researching and producing data for)
  • On-Hold = SKUs that are waiting on hold because there is insufficient product information.
  • Rejected = SKUs rejected for reasons such as invalid part number, out of 1WorldSync' catalog scope, etc.

Once a SKU has a "Released" status you can click on it in the Catalog tab to see the custom content that was delivered. This will show in the London Drugs Product sub-tab (the default page you'll be taken to). You can also see the content we have created for our standard DataSource by clicking on the Data Sheet sub-tab.

NOTE: Products will only show in the Catalog tab once we have received the content build request for them from London Drugs, regardless of whether content has been uploaded.

How do I add/delete users?

  •  The Master User is the responsible party to manage user access for the account. They can add and delete users as desired.

If you are not the Master User and do not know who is, and you wish to have someone added as a user, please contact our support.

If you are the Master User:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar
  3. Click on User Accounts in the left hand navigation panel
To add a user, click the Add button and complete the form. Note: the user name must be unique and can not contain any spaces or characters (letters only). Hit the save button and an email will automatically be sent to the new user with their login credentials and instructions.

To delete a user, click the box next to their User ID and hit the delete button.

NOTE: Your account is set to have up to 5 users. If more are needed, please contact our support.

As the Master User you can also check/uncheck the boxes after each user's email address to control who is the Default Assignee for the account (the user that the 1WorldSync Request notifications are sent to), and which users are copied on the notifications.

How do I view the content that has been created for a SKU?

  • Within the Catalog tab of your PartnerAccess account for London Drugs, you can see the structured content and images that were created and delivered to London Drugs for SKUs with the status of "Released" by clicking on the Part Number. This will take you to the London Drugs Product Content page.

What happens if I don't have all the required content?

  •  If you cannot provide us all of the required information, the SKU will go on hold and nothing will be delivered to London Drugs or appear on their website until all of the required content is received. To help expedite the process of getting your SKUs on London Drugs sites, please provide all of the available content at one time. Providing the information piece meal complicates the production process and could result in unnecessary delays.

Why am I getting an error message when I click on the 1WorldSync Request link in the email notification I received?

  •  Usually this error occurs when a user is already logged in to one account and they are trying to access a 1WorldSync Request in another account.

Log out, close your browser, and clear your cache. Then when you log back in, make sure you are using the credentials for the account the 1WorldSync Request has been created in. The notification email should specify which account the 1WorldSync Request is for.

If you still have trouble accessing the 1WorldSync Request, please contact our support and provide specific details of the steps you are taking before you receive the error message, and what time it occurred. This will provide our support team the information they need to troubleshoot further.

Why aren't my products showing in the Catalog tab?

Products will only show up in the Catalog tab of your London Drugs PartnerAccess account once we receive a content build request for the product(s) from London Drugs. Just because a product has been entered into PIM or has been assigned a London Drugs SKU number does not mean we have received the request. London Drugs manages the flow of when they send us the requests according to request load and when the product is scheduled to "go live" on LondonDrugs.com.

Content can still be uploaded within you London Drugs PartnerAccess account even though we have not received a content build request for the product. Click here for information on How To Upload Content.

Why is content on the product page different from what I submitted?

  •  London Drugs has contracted with 1WorldSync to produce a combination of both unique and standardized product content for products sold on LondonDrugs.com.

Structured content (including: specifications, product attributes, and safety and warranty information) will be taken "as provided" and normalized for consistency across all products in that category to ensure accurate and quality search results on LondonDrugs.com.

Product titles and short descriptions will be created based on 1WorldSync' proprietary product data model (PDM) formulas.

Key Selling Points (KSPs) and Feature Bullets will be used "as provided" and/or as shown on the manufacturer's website.

Images will be provided to London Drugs in accordance with their image rules and requirements.

Marketing descriptions will be created and customized specifically for London Drugs to optimization search engine placement.  For this purpose, marketing copy can not be used verbatim.

If you feel the content produced does not represent your product adequately or could negatively impact sales, please contact your London Drugs Merchant.

Why isn’t the portal loading?

  •  If you’ve logged in and the portal page is not loading fully, or you are seeing a spinning circle, you’re probably using the Internet Explorer browser. The PartnerAccess portal works best when using one of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. The portal is not compatible with Internet Explorer at this time.

Please switch browsers and try logging in again. If the problem persists, please contact our support and provide specific details of what browser you are using and any error messages you are receiving. This will provide our support team the information they need to troubleshoot further.
