Publishing Case GTINs to UNFI When You Have Multiple Pallet Configurations
- If your company sells multiple configurations of the same case GTIN, your sales team should work with our merchants to determine which of those configurations we will be purchasing and publish only that pallet configuration to us.
- If you have published a pallet configuration that we are not purchasing, you should un-publish that pallet GTIN.
Using nonGTINPalletTi/Hi versus using Ti/Hi requirements
- Either Ti/Hi or nonGTINpalletTi/Hi (but not both) should always be present on the topmost GTIN of your publications.
- When your topmost GTIN is a pallet or mixed module, specify only the regular Ti/Hi attributes. We prefer to receive pallet GTINs whenever possible.
- When your topmost GTIN is not a pallet or mixed module (for instance, a case or display GTIN), specify only the nonGTINPalletTi/Hi attributes.
- The attribute names we're referring to are the 1WorldSync XML names - you may need to work with your solution provider to determine which attributes to populate on which GTINs.
