@CommunityJedi22, good morning!
I have been receiving messages from UNFI via email asking me to go to their SV Harbor portal to finish the item setup after publishing new items. I just saw on the implementation guide that they are requiring this extra step.
I have reached out to the broker, but they're not sure how to proceed. Is this new to UNFI? I have never received this kind of messages before and was wondering how do I reach their portal, if needed. I don't see UNFI listed in Product Introduction.

Regarding the SV Harbor portal and item setup, this would be an internal UNFI setup question. You can reach them at datasync@unfi.com, and they will be able to help further.
